Middle St. Vrain Offroad Trail is located in (Boulder County) Colorado.
The entrance is located all the way to the west end of the camp dick campground. It is rated 5 (Difficult) Red by - Trails Offroad.
It is 4.88 miles one direction and you can turn around and come back the way you came in or it does connect to Coney Flats. You will encounter lots of rocks, water, mud, logs, and depends on what time of year you go, there will be snow and ice.
There is a Hiking trail just after the gatekeeper at the start of the trail and also one at the end of the trail. This is a very popular trail and the weekends will get very busy with dogs, people, side by sides, dirt bikes, and vehicles. There are no bypass on this trail. The trail winds through pine trees and runs along a river for most of the trail and there are some spots to park and eat lunch or fish.
